    Initiate your return with us and not only will we pay for your return shipping, but we’ll send UPS to come pick it up! You don’t even have to leave your house.

    How long do I have to return my pillow or request a replacement?

    90 days from the date of purchase.

    It is difficult to re-pack? What should I do?

    No need to worry. Just shove it back into the box any way you can. It doesn’t have to be pretty. And we accept returned pillows in any condition.

    Fill out the form on this page with the required information. We will look up your order information and send you return instructions. If you can not locate your order identification number, please contact us directly.

    What if I already returned the pillow?

    This policy covers pillows purchased at any vendor on or after July 1st, 2019; however, it only applies to returns initiated through the Bluewave Bedding website (www.bluewavebedding.com).

    If you have already returned your pillow and paid for shipping, unfortunately, we are unable to help.

    Free pick-up of return is limited to one pick-up per household and ONLY applies to returns initiated on this page (www.bluewavebedding.com/returns).

    Bluewave Bedding reserves the right to deny a replacement if we deem the reason for the replacement request is unlikely to be remedied by a replacement pillow. (For example: the pillow is too soft or too firm, etc.) In cases like this we will extend a full refund and pre-paid shipping label.
